Are you worried about your bone health?Join this small group strength training session that utilizes exercises to improve your strength, balance, and agility. We will be standing and lying down in this class. A strength class is primarily an anaerobic activity that uses weights, resistance tools, and one’s own body weight to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength and endurance of muscles.
