Narrative Art is art that tells a story. When working with narrative, it's easy to remember that art is a type of play. Taught by a national gallery artist who is part of the University of Washington in Seattle's MFA program, the class uses the artist's work and discussion among the attendees to pursue narrative in art. Storytelling, art history, drawing, and painting are all discussed.
