Introduction To Meditation (New) (Online)

This course explores various techniques of meditation where you learn how to calm your mind, settle your body, and achieve healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Become aware of your thoughts, surroundings, sounds, smells, bodily movements, and especially your breath with fundamental meditation techniques. Students can bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or chair to sit comfortably on during meditation practice.
