Intro To Pole Fitness (Online)

This static pole introductory class teaches strength, flexibility, etiquette, and technique. Students will learn about pole various grips; pole sits; basic spins with combo transitions that will include fan kick; back bend; and pirouette. A supply list will be provided by the instructor prior to first class. A grounded stationary pole for home fitness use is required for this course. Wear t-shirt and yoga shorts for this class.
