Take this intensive, one-day, 8-hour Food Manager Certification course developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, which is part of the Foundation’s ServSafe® risk management series. Successful completion of this course and passing a 90-question exam will earn you as a food safety certification. Book is included in course fee but needs to be reviewed prior to class and will be mailed to students. (Approved for WIOA funding).
