Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement: Beginner (New) (Online)

In this class taught by a guild-certified practitioner, consciously bring your brain into this unique exercise therapy. Classes are accessible to a wide range of movement abilities and are done lying on the floor while following easy, verbally guided movement directions. Students should wear comfortable clothes that they can move in, have one or two small, folded towels handy (in case they need head support) and have a yoga mat or blanket to lie on. It is best if during the class the instructor can see the student's entire body lying on the floor, preferably from side on, in order to be certain that her instructions are clear.
