Bolly X & Tone (Online)

A great workout that includes cardio and resistance training! We begin with 25 minutes of Bolly X. Then class transitions to a 25-minute full-body workout that includes cardio and resistance training. We end the class with a Bolly X cool down song. This is a challenging class, but the instructor will give you modification options. Be prepared to sweat it out!
