Usui Reiki Energy Healing ( Non-Certification Class ) ( In Person ) HVRHS Falls Village

“Rei” means Universal Life and "Ki" means Energy. It is a relaxing and gentle form of healing that helps many people with anxiety, illness, and improves existing medical conditions by helping to release energy blockages in our chakras. Students will be seated during class. Students should wear comfortable clothing. (Instructor will bring to class a Reiki set-up which is a table). The instructor will also make booklets for students.
Sound Yoga For Stress Reduction ( Online )

A yoga/vocal yoga teacher and Reiki Master helps students explore the power of sound to relax, inspire, and listen deeply. Learn and practice humming, deep listening, and medicine melodies to improve wellness and reduce stress. Students should bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes.
