A great workout that includes cardio and resistance training! We begin with 25 minutes of BollyX. Class transitions to a 25-minute full-body workout that includes cardio and resistance training. We end the class with a Bolly X cool down song. This is a challenging class, but the instructor will give you modification options. Be prepared to sweat it out! N. Moore
Stepping Out Strong (Online)
with Nikki Moore

A one-hour strength class including advanced strength and balance moves aimed at maintaining healthy muscles and bones. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will have a deeper understanding of safe practices while working out. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to, proper form while using free weights and body weight for strength training, and why strength training is important for bone health and strength.
AARP Smart Driver Course (In Person) Litchfield

In this refresher course for drivers 50+ years old, participants review the challenges faced by aging drivers and receive guidance on how to continue driving safely. Students must bring their AARP card to class if they have one. There will be a fee payable to “AARP” at the time of class, $20 fee for members and $25 for non-members. There will be a short break. Please arrive 15 minutes before class starts.
Introduction To Amateur Radio (In Person) HVRHS

This is an overview of amateur radio taught by a licensed amateur operator. The instructor will bring equipment to demonstrate its capability in class; students are not required to bring in their own radios. This class goes over the history and purpose of amateur radio and its various uses and modes of operation; call signs; the frequency spectrum; and how to obtain a license.
Sound Yoga (Online)

A yoga/vocal yoga teacher and Reiki Master helps students explore the power of sound to relax, inspire, and listen deeply. Learn and practice humming, deep listening, and medicine melodies to improve wellness and reduce stress. Students should bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothes.
Reiki II Certification (In Person) Litchfield

In this follow-up class to Reiki I, more symbols and attunements are explored, including distance healing, energy beaming, and overcoming unwanted habits. Prerequisite class is Reiki I completion and certifi cation.
