This all-inclusive course allows you to operate a boat/personal watercraft and tow water skiers/inflatables. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will have learned about state and federal boating laws and earned a CT Safe Boating Certificate (Boater's License). Once completed, the State Certified instructor will guide you through the certificate download process which includes a one-time additional payment to the State of Connecticut of $50.00 per license -- then you are certified for life. We will be standing and lying down in this class. A strength class is primarily an anaerobic activity that uses weights, resistance tools, and one’s own body weight to induce muscular contraction, which builds the strength and endurance of muscles.
Pilates Mat – All Levels (Online)

Pilates works to increase muscular strength, body awareness, and facilitates a mind-body connection. Participants will notice improvements in their posture and breath control. Pilates exercises also help to bring the body into alignment while simultaneously stretching and strengthening the body.
AARP Smart Driver Course (in person) Litchfield

In this refresher course for drivers 50+ years old, participants review of the challenges faced by aging drivers and receive guidance on how to continue driving safely. Students must bring their AARP card to class if you have one. There will be a fee payable to “AARP” at the time of class, $20 fee for members and $25 for non-members. There will a short break. Please arrive 15 minutes before class start time.

Learn the basics of "the hobby of kings" in this introduction to numismatics, the study of coins. Students learn coin terminology and how to acquire and handle genuine coins. Bring to the Zoom session your own personal collection to show if you have one (not required).
