Make it a girls' night with friends and try this beautiful and joyous dance! Energizing yet relaxing, fast & fiery to smooth and slow, Greek dances and Veil dances comprise this beginners' class. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and thick socks or slippers that "slide." Supply List: Bring a veil 2 ¾ yards by 45 inches of sheer chiffon or organza. You can purchase material at any fabric store (no need to hem). Or just improvise with something you already have at home such as a sheer window curtain!

A great workout that includes cardio and resistance training! We begin with 25 minutes of Bolly X. Then class transitions to a 25-minute full-body workout that includes cardio and resistance training. We end the class with a Bolly X cool down song. This is a challenging class, but the instructor will give you modification options. Be prepared to sweat it out!

Self-Defense 101 (In Person) Woodbury MS

Participants learn how to avoid being attacked and how to defend yourself. Learn from a fifth-degree black belt martial artist. Students master easy strikes and learn statistics on crime and sexual assault. Participants should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to practice forms. Participants will need to sign a risk agreement before starting class.
