Paradigm Shifting for a Better Understanding of how you Interact with the World (Online)

This course is a game changer for those who want to gain insight and perspective. Using stories, questions and discussions in class, the workshop explores shifting paradigms and teaches ways to interact more fully with others. Students engage in exercises involving the skills of self-inquiry, paradigm shifting, as well as exploration of thoughts and identity. Class will meet Oct 5, 19 and Nov 2nd. This means you meet every other week on TUESDAYS.
Historical Connecticut and Litchfield County (Online)
