Our goal is to have a fun time in our zero-stress environment - even you “never, ever” dancers will enjoy yourself right away !  We will select one or two of the following each evening: the most popular worldwide dance (SWING), the most popular Latin dance (SALSA), the easiest to learn (MERENGUE) and the float-on-air dance everyone should know (WALTZ) !  Instruction and song sheets will help you remember what you learn and maybe even a “field trip” to get some real-world experience. For singles or couples and NO partner or previous dance experience is necessary.

Intro to Music Technology - Torrington

Class will be held in the music technology classroom.

Seisiun (Irish Tunes) - Torrington

Participants will learn some typical seisiun tunes.  Any instrument is welcome: tin whistle, flute, violin, accordion, etc. Learn Irish tunes and play with other musicians.  Topics to be covered will be jigs, reels, polkas, airs etc. Bring your own instrument. Students must already know how to play their instrument.
