Intro To The Rankin-Bass Holiday Specials ( Online )
with John Witiw
TV and culture writer/blogger John Witiw will explore the history and cultural impact of creators Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass and their legendary studio’s beginnings. Also covered will be their famous specials,(Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Frosty The Snowman) as well as the more obscure ones (The Cricket on the Hearth, The Stingiest Man in Town).

Do you want to become a Certified Food Operator? Take this intensive, one-day, 8-hour Food Safety Manager Certification course developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association, which is part of the Foundation’s ServSafe® risk management series. Successful completion of this course will earn you a food safety certification after passing a 90-question exam. Book is included in course fee and needs to be reviewed prior to class and will be mailed to students.

Inner Joy Through Laughter Yoga ( Online )

Participate in simple guided techniques that enable anyone to tap into their inner laughter without humor or comedy. A healthcare professional guides a whole-body exercise that literally makes you laugh out loud. The class is appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. No traditional yoga poses, or yoga mat is required; please simply wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
Moravian Star Workshop Beginner ( In Person ) Watertown

In this beginner class learn the basic techniques of cutting, grinding, foiling, and assembling this beautiful 3D-stained glass hanging star. A $15 matrial fee (cash only) is payable to the instructor on the first night of class.

Learn the basic techniques of stained glass: cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering. Participants will create a sun catcher of their choice to take home. There is a $15 (cash) material fee payable to the instructor on the first night of class.
Wilton Seasonal Cookie Decoration ( Online )
with Geraldine Keller
Taught by a seven-year Wilton instructor, this course shows you how to transform your cookie surfaces into three types of woodgrain patterns, including basic bark, shabby chic, and birch. Topics discussed include working with Royal Icing, determining proper consistency, preparing and filling icing bags, creating three different woodgrain techniques, basic decorating using lines, beads-andheart design, making a rosette, leaves, and pine cones.
