Join us for two evenings learning the basics and more to swing dance to some of the greatest up-tempo tunes of all time! We will learn many fun moves from both open and closed positions such as underarm turns, kicks, spins, and the occasional dip. Using all types of music from the Swing Era to today, this class is for all ages, new dancers included! No partners necessary - let the goosebumps begin.

Understanding The Process Of Death (Online)

This course discusses the various physiological effects that occur during the process of death. How can one share with loved ones as they transition? Via discussion and a presentation, students will learn about the three main stages of dying marked by changes in responsiveness and functioning.

Upon successful completion of the course series, the student will be able to combine yarn overs with knits and purls to create beautiful lace that can enhance any knit garment. Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to: gauge, reading patterns and charts, knitting terms and tools. The instructor will email students with a supply list prior to the first class.
